    • The AF Series control valve is designed for extreme-cryogenic temperature media such as liquid helium and liquid hydrogen, which approach absolute zero..
    • All valve body connections feature welded construction to prevent media leakage.
    • Bellows structure is adopted, with helium mass spectrometry leak detection. External leakage: below 1x10-Pa.m2/sec.
    • This control valve is characterized by its installation method of welding the valve directly into a vacuum vessel.
    • The valve trim structure prevents seizure and thermal acoustic vibration during low-temperature operation. Even ifslight pipeline displacement occurs due to thermal deformation, the control valve maintains tight shutoff.
