The top-guided control valve has a simple and reliable structure design and can be used for adjustment and cut-off control of various liquid and gas mediums.
Features
The valve core adopts the top guide structure, which has good stability to deal with various working conditions;
The body flow channel is optimized by CFD, to obtain a more reasonable and efficient flow field distribution, which not only improves the flow capacity but also optimizes the regulation performance;
An extended bonnet can be provided to make it suitable for low-temperature mediums such as liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen;
Optional bellows seals are available on the stem for low emissions requirements;
Valve cores with various flow characteristics are optional, and after optimization, they have better regulation performance;
A wealth of optional combinations of valve trim materials are available to cope with various working conditions;
Standardized component design shortens the whole valve production cycle while ensuring product quality.
